Edward J. Zorn

Edward J. Zorn is the President of ZEC Realty, Inc. a full service real estate brokerage firm with an emphasis on REO, Foreclosures, Investment and Commercial Real Estate. Ed is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He has advised clients in the successful acquisition and disposition of retail, office and multi-family properties. He has also represented both Tenants and Landlords through the leasing process. Ed also advises residential Investors, Lenders and Asset Managers in the liquidation of residential properties. He represents over fifteen separate Banks and Lenders. Advising Buyers on how to acquire a home at a discount is one of Ed's favorite aspects of real estate.

 Additionally, Ed along with his wife, Cinnamon, own and manage ZEC Investments, LLC, a firm dedicated to the acquisition and management of investment properties. Ed has participated as both a buyer and a seller of numerous commercial and residential investment properties. As a result he has developed a keen understanding through personal investing experience of the services required by those involved in a real estate transaction. He is also a licensed California Attorney that has been in practice since 1992 in the real estate and construction fields. His legal insight, negotiation skills and experience are an added value to every transaction. 

As the licensed Real Estate Broker for ZEC Realty, Inc. he remains personally involved in each and every transaction handled by the firm.  He works closely with each advisor in the firm to provide guidance, expertise and creativity to each transaction. He enjoys managing and personally training each of the highly skilled agents at ZEC Realty, Inc.
